Meet Bob Morgan

Bob began his career as a Real Estate Accountant for Spaulding & Slye located in Burlington, Massachusetts. He maintained the books for multi-tenant office parks completing year end closings and full audit procedures. He was responsible for overseeing financial and budgeting information for various Company properties.

He gained his CPM (Certified Property Manager) and began working for The Gutierrez Company as a Property Asset Manager setting up systems and assisting in the management of millions of square feet from the Boston to Manchester markets.

While performing internal budgeting and property management functions, Bob found he enjoyed the Lease negotiation process and began negotiating and securing Leases within the Company's portfolio. Over the next 15 years he combined his real estate experience to become Director of Leasing for The Gutierrez Company.

Assuming many Real Estate backgrounds has provided him the opportunity to fully understand how a Lease works, how a property runs, as well as the concerns of the Landlord, Tenant, Broker, Accountant, Lender and Property Manager. Understanding the roll and concerns of each discipline has provided him with the ability to better review the entire Commercial Real Estate process.

Bob’s undergraduate degree is in Accounting and he gained his MBA from Babson College, Wellesley, Massachusetts. He continues to hold both a New Hampshire and Massachusetts Real Estate Broker’s License.

Bob was raised in Burlington, Massachusetts and moved to Nashua, New Hampshire where he started a family. He is married to his wife Laure and they have two Children, Derek and Amy. Bob’s hobbies include boating at Lake Winnipesaukee, skiing, snowmobiling, sporting events, music, travelling and enjoying time with his family and friends.
